Math Problem of the Day Answer

Tina had 20 balloons. Roma gave her another 13 and then 3 popped. How many balloons does Tina now have?


Tina now has 30 balloons. I found this out by adding 20 and 13 together which equals 33. Then I subtracted three from that. I used pennies to help me solve this problem.

OMG did anyone go the the concert last night? It was awesome I loved all the dancers they were so good. Check out the YouTube video I got from the concert. My mom even got me a t-shirt. I was so pumped.

Penpal letter

This is my penpal letter from Cherly. I was so excited to get this. It was emailed to me last night. I posted it so that someone could help me understand it. Kids in England have to wear uniforms. I am very happy that we don't have to wear uniforms. But I am not sure what trousers are. If anyone reads this, tell me what trousers are!!

 Hi, how are you? I am 8 years old too. Do you have any pets? I have a dog called Archy. He likes to eat dog food and dog biscuits. I have 2 brothers and 6 sisters. How many do you have? We have to wear school uniforms every day. I usually wear grey trousers and a white shirt. My favourite food is pizza and ham sandwiches. My favourite colours are red and pink and black. Wind and Air

Yesterday we went to fort whyte.  We learned about wind and air.  My question was why is wind cold.  I found out that wind is only sometimes cold.  When it is cold it is coming from a cold place.  When it is warm it is coming from a warm place.  I love fort whyte.  It was lots of fun!
